Our core focus is transforming maternal and infant health through bilingual Doula Training and Certification. This program equips compassionate individuals with the skills and knowledge to support mothers and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, ultimately reducing disparities and improving outcomes. We also offer continuing education, community outreach events, and culturally responsive care coordination to ensure families receive the guidance and advocacy they need during life’s most vulnerable moments

Doula Training and Certification
Our foundation offers Doula training and certification aimed at reducing disparities in Underserve maternal health. This program equips individuals with essential skills to support expectant mothers, focusing on:
Targeted Doula Education
Training in prenatal, labor, postpartum, and newborn care, with an emphasis on Underserve maternal health needs.
Premature Birth and Burial Support
Compassionate assistance for families facing premature births, including burial arrangements.
Free Workshops for Mothers
Prenatal and postpartum care and support.
HIV Education and Resource Access
Through our recent partnerships with the Marion County Public Health Department, we are committed to driving education and providing access to HIV resources. Our efforts include:
HIV Treatment & Education
Offering workshops and informational sessions to educate the Haitian community and other Underserve populations about HIV treatment and safe practices.
Resource
Access
Providing connections to local HIV testing, counseling, and treatment services to ensure community members have access to necessary healthcare.
Community Support
Facilitating support groups and community gatherings to provide a safe space for individuals affected by HIV to share experiences and receive emotional support.
Cultural Sensitivity Training
Training healthcare providers on the cultural nuances and needs of the Haitian community to improve care and communication.
