Our organization was founded to address the critical need for essential care and resources among millions of people in the United States, particularly within special communities. The Dieudonne Foundation is committed to fostering health equity and empowerment through culturally responsive programs that uplift and strengthen communities. Our EQuiMama program works to reduce disparities in maternal and infant health by providing vital support, education, and advocacy. We also offer HIV education and treatment programs, expanding access to critical resources and care. Through comprehensive services, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, we strive to create lasting change and improve well-being for those most in need.
Community-rooted support for families
Dieudonne Foundation helps families across Indiana access culturally responsive maternal and infant health support. Through our doula programs and community partnerships, we connect families with care and practical resources during pregnancy and after birth. We work to reduce barriers that can make support difficult to find, including language and challenges navigating services. Our approach centers each family’s needs, with respect for their culture and the choices they make about their care. Community generosity helps sustain this work and reach more families.
