**Job Title: Entry Level Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a 2nd Shift Assembler where you will play a critical role in assembling catheters that prevent aneurysms in the brain. This position offers competitive pay based on experience and performance, with opportunities for raises and excellent benefits upon permanent hire. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing in a cleanroom environment. + Work extensively with a microscope to ensure precision and quality. + Utilize small hand tools for assembly tasks. + Maintain high quality standards and adhere to cleanroom protocols. **Essential Skills** + Experience working under a microscope for prolonged periods. + Proficiency in using small hand tools. + Ability to work long hours and maintain focus on detailed tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in cleanroom assembly (6 months) is advantageous. + Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers the potential for a permanent position with 100% paid benefits for you and 50% for your immediate family. Expect to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an average of 40 to 45 hours weekly. The manager is supportive and encourages teamwork, ensuring a positive atmosphere as long as quality and work performance meet standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
