Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solutions, including workflow customizations, application UI configuration, and CMDB enhancements. This role demands collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with strategic IT goals. Mandatory Skills: 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery module (implementation, config, troubleshooting) Deep knowledge of Global Scope, foundational data (Location, Organization, CMDB) Proficient in Scoped Applications, Service Catalog development, and ITSM modules Experience in integrations using JDBC, SQL, SOAP, REST
