Internship Program Overview
The Internship Program at Union Square Advisors provides candidates with an unparalleled opportunity to gain deep domain expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising within the technology sector. Interns, or “Summer Analysts,” will support teams on live deals through both quantitative and qualitative assignments, in addition to conducting in-depth industry and company-specific research.
We are targeting undergraduate applicants with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028 .
Formal interviews will begin in January 2026.
