Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product design of RD platforms, code tools, quality & environment platforms, etc.
  • Responsible for industry analysis, industry research, business development trend tracking, and understanding product development direction.
  • Responsible for product iteration planning, demand analysis, product scheme design, interaction, etc.
  • Responsible for the promotion and landing of products in the company, and responsible for supporting and connecting with overseas user groups.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with 3+ years' industry experience and 1+ year experience in Technical Product Management.
  • Able to translate complex market insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in platform engineering or enterprise-facing platform product design.
  • Results-oriented and able to manage complicated project scopes and roll out detailed execution plans.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and thrive in a hyper-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following: DevOps/ Engineering efficiency & quality/ RD platform product design.
  • Prior experience in software engineering or related technical domains.

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149,040 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
