Our client, an IT Services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team remotley on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions, driving the development of cutting-edge architectures for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Architect, you will develop and maintain CMDBs, workflows and automation strategies to enhance system efficiency.
You will be tasked to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Design workflows, custom applications and seamless integrations with third-party systems.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders and end-users, to meet project objectives.
Oversee project execution, prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and objectives.
Skillset
Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and module configuration.
Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.
Advanced proficiency in scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP APIs) and ServiceNow architectural best practices.
Solid technical expertise in integrations, scripting, and workflow development.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in managing and successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
