Raphael & Associates, a nationwide third-party claims administrator (TPA) and field adjusting firm is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our fast-paced growing company for a Summer 2026 internship.

This position will be located at our Rutherford, New Jersey home-office location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns.
• Assist with development of content for social media.
• Assist with development of marketing information.
• Help maintain and modify our company website.
• Help coordinate and schedule marketing events and coordinate related logistics.
• Assist with acquiring promotional gifts for clients
• Help raise national presence of Raphael & Associates.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree is required with a focus on insurance, business, marketing, communications, or related area.
• GPA of 3.0 or above required .
• MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
