Part-‐Time Executive Appointment Setter (Students Welcome)
$20/hr starting wage + $25 bonus for every appointment that is attended

What You’ll Do

• Outbound calling & follow ‐up – engage prospective advisors/business owners, present our value proposition and secure a time on the CEO’s calendar
• Calendar coordination – use our CRM and scheduling tools to lock in meeting details, send confirmations and reduce no shows
• Prospect research – quickly identify key facts about each lead so every call is relevant and personalized
• Feedback loop – share call insights with marketing and recruiting so we can continuously improve our outreach

Compensation & Hours  

• Hourly rate: $20/hr  during a brief assessment period 
• Performance bonus: $25  for every appointment you set t hat the prospect attends 
• Weekly hours : Up to 20 hrs/week – you choose the blocks that fit your schedule 
• Duration : Ongoing, with potential to expand based on performance

• Polished phone presence – articulate, confident and able to build rapport in seconds
• Professionalism – you’ll be the first voice prospects hear; tone and etiquette matter
• Organizational savvy – comfortable juggling calls, notes and calendars without dropping details
• Business / finance interest – coursework or experience in business, finance, economics or a related field is a plus
• Student friendly‐ mindset – this role pairs perfectly with a current business or finance degree path, but all strong communicators are encouraged to apply
