As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including meetings, parties, and conferences. Communicate with clients to determine their event needs and preferences. Manage logistical elements such as venue selection, catering, and transportation. Coordinate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers.
