As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including meetings, parties, and conferences. Communicate with clients to determine their event needs and preferences. Manage logistical elements such as venue selection, catering, and transportation. Coordinate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers. Assist in the creation of event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Work alongside senior coordinators to develop event budgets and track expenses. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
