Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal department focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently under strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and judgments using electronic court systems, drafting, recording, and releasing liens, maintaining a comprehensive litigation calendar, and managing dockets for numerous active cases. Additionally, the candidate will assist with discovery processes, document preparation, and overall case management, and communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and external parties.
Qualifications include a minimum of three years of civil litigation experience, proficiency with electronic court filing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
