Salary: $80 $135 Hourly DOE

Do you have a talent for translating complex project costs into clear, actionable insights? Join PEMCCO as a Cost Estimator/Controls Analyst, where youll provide cost estimating, forecasting, and financial-control support. In this role, youll ensure program costs are accurate, transparent, and fully compliant with DIA fiscal management standards, helping projects stay on budget and on track.

• Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates.
• Review contractor cost proposals and change orders.
• Perform cost/schedule integration and earned-value reporting.
• Forecast funding requirements and monitor burn rates.
• Analyze cost trends and prepare variance analyses.
• Support budget formulation and execution reviews.
• Maintain cost databases and benchmarking libraries.
• Present financial metrics to PM and CFO staff.

Competencies

• Expert in Excel, Costpoint, and parametric estimating methods.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• Five (5)+ years of DoD cost controls experience.
  
• Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• ICEAA CCP or EVP credential.

Compensation
$80 $135 hourly,depending on experience, ability, and capability.
