Regional Sales Consultant/Trade Account Executive (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Position Overview
We’re seeking a bilingual Trade Account Executive who will become the face of Gia Stone in the Austin area. This role involves visiting fabrication shops, builders, and designers daily to present inventory, generate new relationships, and manage accounts with personalized service.
Responsibilities
• Visit 3–4 fabrication or design shops daily.
• Present current inventory, new arrivals, and pricing updates.
• Reconnect with former clients and develop new trade relationships.
• Manage leads and client communication via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Post short bilingual videos or stories from the field weekly.
• Report weekly sales progress and customer feedback.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in construction, countertops, stone, tile, or design sales preferred.
• Outgoing personality and professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Compensation
• Base Pay: $1,200 per month (guaranteed)
• Commission: Per slab sold
• Bonuses:
• $500 monthly for sales over $20,000
• $1,000 quarterly for consistent high performance
• Target Earnings: $4,000–$6,000/month (no cap)

Descripción del Puesto
Buscamos una persona bilingüe (español/inglés) para representar a Gia Stone en el área de Austin. El trabajo consiste en visitar talleres de fabricación, constructoras y diseñadores para mostrar inventario, abrir nuevas cuentas y brindar atención personalizada.
Responsabilidades
• Visitar de 3 a 4 talleres o clientes comerciales por día.
• Presentar losas disponibles, nuevos productos y precios actualizados.
• Reconectar con antiguos clientes y generar nuevos contactos.
• Mantener comunicación por WhatsApp, teléfono y correo electrónico.
• Publicar videos o historias cortas en redes sociales cada semana.
• Reportar ventas y resultados semanalmente.
Requisitos
• Hablar y escribir español e inglés con fluidez.
• Experiencia previa en ventas de construcción, encimeras o diseño (preferido).
• Personalidad extrovertida y presentación profesional.
• Vehículo propio y teléfono inteligente.
• Motivación, organización y metas claras.
Compensación
• Sueldo base: $1,200 por mes (garantizado)
• Comisión: Por losa vendida
• Bonos:
• $500 mensual si supera $20,000 en ventas
• $1,000 trimestral por desempeño constante
• Ingresos estimados: $4,000–$6,000/mes (sin límite)
