AP/AR Specialist Administrative Assistant - HYBRID - DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH OFFICE LOCATION

Established Pittsburgh based Commercial Real Estate Company looking for a temporary qualified AP/AR specialist with administrative experience during a maternity leave for a hybrid-remote position. We are a small, closely held company with a tradition of impeccable service, innovative projects and high quality properties. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare all accounts payables (Yardi Breeze PayScan) and receivables (checks/ACH)
Assist with maintenance of accounts payable/receivable files and records
Respond to all vendor and tenant inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
Process tenant payments for commercial/residential properties via remote deposit/ACH payments
Input all invoices into Yardi PayScan for check runs
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare work orders for maintenance staff and keep track of their billback rates
Receive and distribute USPS mail to staff
Track vendor, tenant, client and property insurance
Assist with special projects as required by property managers

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
Property Management Yardi Breeze software is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to work independently with minimal direction
Acute attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
