Job Description

The role requires a commitment of 7-8 weekday calls and 1 weekend call each month.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Trinity Code of Conduct and comply with system policies.


• Complete all onboarding forms and verifications as required.


• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.


• Fulfill all licensure, vaccination, and health verification requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• License/Certificate Verification required for onboarding.


• Completion of a Fit Test.


• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.


• COVID-19 Vaccine documentation.


• MMR and Hepatitis B vaccination records.


• Varicella status verification.


• Two-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test results.


• Criminal background check as part of onboarding.


• Education verification documentation.


• Trinity Skills Checklist completion.
