Position: Ship Fitter Job Location: Hahnville LA, Belle Chasse LA, Harahan LA
Hutco Branch: Harvey, LA
Rate of Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hutco Inc. is looking for 1st class ship fitters for shipyards located in Hahnville, LA, Belle Chasse, LA, and Harahan, LA. Looking for first-class ship fitters only with shipyard experience. A test will be done on location to determine your capability. It primarily repairs work on barges and boats. NO twic card is required.
Description: Lays out and fabricates metal structural parts, such as plates, bulkheads, and frames, and braces them in position within the ship's hull for welding.
