Job Description

This job is responsible for managing a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients and beneficiaries involving multi-generational families. Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration and business development of complex investment management and trust accounts and working with team members to assure trust product awareness and education of clients, associates, and Centers of Influence. Job expectations include working with teams to drive business development and retention, assisting clients with wealth planning needs, and managing risk. Required Qualifications include technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning; initiative and proactive problem solving; creative yet prudent solutions within Bank’s risk/reward profile; good communication and teamwork skills; knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; high sophistication regarding high net worth clients’ concerns; ability to communicate and connect with high-net-worth clients; and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience with preferably 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience. Desired qualifications include 10+ years of technical expertise, fiduciary professional certifications (CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA preferred), ability to balance urgency with policy adherence, aptitude for building partnerships to drive business development, and effective communication and organizational skills. Skills required include business development, client management, risk management, wealth planning, client experience branding, client solutions advisory, decision making, presentation skills, process management, attention to detail, critical thinking, financial analysis, planning, and prospecting. Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 1st shift in the United States of America.
