• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone
• Basic photography and photo editing experience
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker and team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer)
• Knowledge of basic HTML or website CMS platforms a plus

• Graphic Design: Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, signage, and internal communications, following brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Copywriting: Write and edit clear, engaging content for various channels—emails, web, print collateral, and social media.
• Photography: Capture and edit product, event, and behind-the-scenes photos for marketing use across platforms.
• Departmental Support: Assist with general marketing operations such as organizing files, maintaining content calendars, coordinating with vendors, and supporting events and campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship: Help ensure all content and visuals reflect IMS branding, tone, and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, hr, and operations teams to support integrated marketing efforts.
