NVIDIA's Silicon Solutions Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Power and Thermal Engineer focused on BringUp and Validation. The role involves driving bringup, characterization, and validation of revolutionary power features on current products, influencing and innovating future power compliance features. Responsibilities include working with chip design owners to understand power features and develop system design plans, bringing up and validating compliance features on silicon, delivering system-level power optimizations across silicon, platform, software, manufacturing, and product systems, leading power feature requirements and schedules from architecture to silicon phase, developing methodologies for power modeling and measurement, and collaborating with various teams in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a BS or MS in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience, 6+ years in silicon and product power management, expertise in silicon power, transistor/device physics, power modeling and measurement, experience with system-level features and product binning, familiarity with silicon bringup and validation, excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, experience working with offshore teams, and exposure to CPU/GPU/SoC architecture and HW-SW co-design is a plus.
