Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer/Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce and its various tools, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud).
  • Must Have Exp with Five9.
  • Work on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Lead efforts to enhance business processes using Salesforce.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for configuration, development, and integration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development/administration.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (preferred), Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred), and/or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proficient in data management, workflow automation, and integration (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and version control.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., using MuleSoft, Informatica, or other ETL tools).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex technical problems and design scalable solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with cross-functional teams.
