Roofing Superintendent – Commercial Projects
San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000 + up to 10% bonus
We’re hiring a Roofing Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across San Antonio. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, runs a safe and efficient jobsite, and knows how to bring out the best in their crew.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise Foremen, Craftsmen, and Technicians
Lead by example with safety, teamwork, and quality control
Manage production, materials, and manpower on site
Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors
Conduct daily safety and quality checks
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years as a Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction
OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and reliability
