The Remote Online Chat Representative is responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers via our website and digital platforms. You will assist with scheduling services, answering questions, and providing accurate, eco-conscious support—all from the comfort of your home.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and positive tone.
Assist with scheduling mattress recycling pickups and explaining service details.
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, service areas, pickup procedures, and eco-friendly practices.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Document all interactions in our CRM system with clarity and accuracy.
Monitor multiple chat conversations and prioritize based on urgency.
Stay updated on company policies, services, and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate remotely with customer service, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree a plus.
Excellent written communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 45 WPM recommended).
A genuine interest in environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
Training provided via video conference and online modules.
