About the Position:
We are working with one of the largest law firms in the world that has an immediate need for a patent prosecution attorney (3-5 yrs) to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. This prestigious IP group represents clients across numerous industries with IP litigation, data privacy, IP procurement and portfolio management, and technology transactions matters.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients across the technology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and emerging technologies industries in patent prosecution matters
Assist with counseling clients on patent procurement and portfolio management matters
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of patent prosecution experience, including strategic patent portfolio counseling
Must be admitted to practice before the USPTO
Ph.D. or graduate degree in a science or engineering field is strongly preferred
Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 $275,000.
