Charlie's Holdings, Inc. is an industry leader in the premium vapor products space, and they are seeking a Product Manager to help lead the development and execution of new products. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Present new product opportunities to leadership, supported by market research and strategic insight
- Own timelines, specs, and documentation across ERP, CRM, and project management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launches are aligned, on-time, and fully supported
- Maintain accurate product data and pricing documentation
- Oversee product compliance, including lab testing, certifications, and packaging accuracy
- Communicate clearly with vendors and manufacturers (domestic and international)
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Review and proof content for packaging, labeling, and regulatory alignment
- Track and report on project progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate documentation for domestic and international shipping
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2-3+ years of product management experience, ideally in CPG or regulated industries (nicotine, cannabis, kratom, and alcohol etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Experience with international suppliers and manufacturers (China and Europe preferred)
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com or similar
