The Inventory Project Manager is responsible for managing inventory, logistics and scheduling across major inventory locations. This role oversees inventory balancing, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions while mitigating disruptions. In addition, the Inventory Project Manager will coordinate with team members, customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires expertise in capacity planning, demand forecasting, optimization strategies, and balancing objectives with operational efficiency.

This position serves as a critical liaison between customer and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of the inventory cycle. The Inventory Project Manager also collaborates across various teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management & Reconciliation: Maintain reconciliations, and coordinate with customers while optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Serve as the primary interface with customers and teams to ensure accurate inventory.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory/project management or logistics preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and supply chain management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure conditions, manage multiple schedules, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Travel is expected at least two plus weeks a month
