Job Description

The Intern role offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business scenarios. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to various aspects of manufacturing, production, and corporate department functions while contributing to the health and success of our company. Essential job functions include championing Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; researching competitors, industry and market trends; collecting and analyzing data; providing general support such as organizing meetings and managing schedules; interacting with team and external partners; participating in training sessions and workshops; taking part in special projects and ad-hoc tasks; demonstrating regular attendance and timeliness; and working well with others. Administrative duties include assisting in scheduling appointments, organizing files, greeting visitors, and assisting in event planning. Finance/Accounting duties include contributing to financial statements, assisting in audits, and monitoring expenses. IT duties include assisting in software installation and maintenance, creating documentation, testing software and hardware, and supporting IT projects. Technical duties include providing technical support, participating in testing and quality assurance, assisting in prototype development, and adhering to safety guidelines. Job qualifications require current enrollment or recent graduation in a related degree program, no previous experience required, strong communication skills, detail orientation, high sense of urgency, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving skills, basic technical knowledge, and basic math and computer skills. Special demands: none. The position is at-will and requires successful completion of pre-hire drug screen and background check. This opportunity will have the Administrative Assignment area.
