Freelance Apparel Designer - Swimwear & Sport Intimates (50/50 Focus)
Location: Onsite – New York , NY
Level: Mid to Senior (5+ Years Industry Experience)
We’re seeking a freelance designer to support our team across two exciting categories: Swimwear and Sport Intimate Wear (equal focus on both). This is a hands-on design role perfect for someone who blends technical skill with trend awareness and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create detailed sketches for new seasonal styles
Build production-ready tech packs
Conduct trend and market research
Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with brand direction
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in the apparel industry
Strong understanding of both swimwear and sport intimate wear design
Proficiency in CAD and garment construction
Excellent eye for color POVs and material selection
Comfortable working at speed under tight calendars
Senior designers encouraged to apply
