The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Digital Marketing CRM Specialist to join our team at Gamewise. As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing promotional campaign building, coordinating audience segmentation and targeting, and managing lifecycles. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58,458 - $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of platform bonusing and audience builder tools to drive promotional targeting and profitability, configuring audience building, lifecycle automation, and A/B testing for maximum efficiency 
  • Build, test, deploy, and analyze promotional campaigns, boosts, and loyalty program bonuses, regularly monitoring segmented audiences to assess growth and share actionable insights 
  • Partner with marketing team members to understand guest behaviors across all channels, identifying opportunities for CRM to enhance engagement and deliver cohesive, dynamic content and offers for each guest 
  • Execute CRM duties to improve retention rates, profitability, segmentation strategies, and customer experience, ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance governance is upheld
  • Leverage lookalike audiences, optimize customer journeys, improve conversion rates, and adhere to quality control processes to ensure data validity, confidentiality, and offer accuracy for all campaigns

More about you
  • Must be of legal gambling age and able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role in online sports betting or online casino preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and analytics or related educational background required 
  • Ability to analyze complex gaming data and make strategic business decisions accordingly 
  • Understanding of the online Sports betting and iCasino industry, casino games, wager types, user flows, and rules
