We’re currently hiring Contact Managers to be the frontline of our client communications. This is the perfect entry-level role to get your foot in the door, with career advancement opportunities, full training provided , and a clear path to success.
Current staff earn between $37,000 and $157,000+ per year — you choose how far you want to go!
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering and making outbound calls, texts, and emails to existing and potential clients.
Learning how to communicate with professionalism, confidence, and clarity.
Supporting the sales and service team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish – this is a must!
Comfortable with modern tech: Word, Excel, Email, web browsers, etc.
Strong phone presence and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease.
Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
Excited about growth and ready to work your way up!
