Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage Commercial, Education & Hospitality construction projects from inception to completion up to the value of $75M.

Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, blueprints, and change orders using tools like Bluebeam.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Oversee the preparation of project schedules and timelines while effectively managing time constraints.
• Ensure accurate blueprint reading for effective execution of project plans.
• Provide leadership to the project team by fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate blueprint reading and project planning.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
