About the Role

As a Customer Service & Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating daily operational activities, managing equipment movements, logistics, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. This role is pivotal in maintaining commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate product delivery and maintenance, ensuring efficient operations.
• Support maintenance planning by organizing technical data and providing hands-on assistance.
• Utilize systems like Hubspot and CMMS to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to project demands and assist with client communications, including preparing quotations.

Qualifications/Skills

• Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to repair and test electromechanical equipment, with multi-technology expertise.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to address complex challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, paired with proficiency in computing and systems.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
