*California Civil Litigation Attorney*
Location: Sacramento, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid/On-site (as applicable)

*Position Overview*
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our accomplished civil litigation team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload independently. *Key Responsibilities*
* Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
* Represent clients in California state and federal courts, as well as in administrative and pre-litigation settings.
* Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and case analysis.
* Draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreements.
* Engage in negotiations and other dispute-resolution efforts.
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
* Provide professional, discreet, and well-prepared representation consistent with GRT’s high standards.
* Assist in strategy development, supervise junior attorneys, and handle complex or high-stakes cases.
*Qualifications*
* Active member of the California State Bar (required).
* 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
* Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
* Prior experience drafting motions, conducting discovery, and handling court appearances.
* Ability to prepare thoroughly, work efficiently, and maintain strong attention to detail.
* Experience with administrative agencies, pre-litigation matters, or government-related issues is a plus.
* Commitment to providing responsive, client-focused representation.
