Asset Protection is crucial in ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction. Our leaders utilize advanced technology to minimize theft and support store profitability. We promote a respectful, transparent, and team-oriented environment.

As an Asset Protection Partner, your role is to safeguard store assets against theft, collaborating with the District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) and store leadership to develop and implement safety and shrinkage reduction plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase and maintain awareness of asset protection through meetings and training.
  • Demonstrate Sephora’s core values.
  • Support store staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
  • Investigate losses using CCTV and exception-based reports, as directed by the DAPM.
  • Prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries, investigations, and audits.
  • Follow all laws and policies regarding apprehensions, searches, seizure, and evidence preservation.
  • Testify in court as needed.
  • Support multiple store locations if assigned to a multi-store area.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
  • Maintain necessary licensing requirements.
