What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Customer Solutions at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of quality analytics and customer relations Preferred qualifications LTL industry experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment About the Analyst, Customer Solutions job Pay, benefits and more: Competitive compensation package Full health insurance benefits are available on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 15 daysof PTO over your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day Conduct daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records Generate and report findings to customers, delegating follow‑up actions to the support team Efficiently manage multi‑step processes using Excel and other data management tools Collaborate closely with management to recommend workflow changes and develop standard operating products (SOPs) for team use Engage cross functional teams to improve the account(s) performance.
