The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by creating visually compelling designs that elevate the company’s brand, products, and services. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their design expertise.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative assets for a wide range of materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare designs from initial concept through final production, including marketing collateral, mobile app interfaces, and brand strategy visuals.
  • Partner with brand management leadership daily and provide support to other design teams as needed.
  • Work closely with department heads to deliver engaging content for all social media channels.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations on messaging and positioning during the design process.
  • Utilize current design tools and adapt quickly to emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm artwork details and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and update website elements, including splash pages and landing pages.
  • Apply discretion and creativity in decision-making for significant design matters.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine design skills and enhance output quality.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media or related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Comprehensive portfolio of past graphic design work samples.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Figma or Sketch, and other business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable and effective working with senior-level executives
  • Passion for design, aesthetics, and high-quality work is essential.
