Summary:
Supervises the daily activities of assigned Imaging staff.Responsibilities:
Orders supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established budget.Reviews and approves payroll for direct reports.Develops and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety initiatives.Leads service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate resolution.Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.Performs staff responsibilities, as needed, to fulfill required service levels.Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance and sets expectations.Assists with the preparation of the operational capital budget under the guidance of Imaging leadership.Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.Competencies:
