Job title:
Loader Operator
Position Summary
Loader operator position will operate a 3-5 yard loader, loading hoppers and working with inbound and outbound trucks periodically . Greasing loaders and blowing out radiators.
Position is full time, based in Fort Meade, Fl.12 hour shift, Nights, alternating weekends.
Pay: $23/hr
Health, Dental and Vision all covered by the company. Yearly boot allowance and monthly phone stipend.

Position Responsibilities
Culture and leadership
· Work with company resources to integrate Operational Excellence into the daily practices of the operations department
· Interact with teammates to support and maintain an engaged workforce
Safety
· Support a culture that aggressively pursues and injury free workplace
· Stay informed of and comply with all Safety policies, guidelines, and procedures always.
· Address / Respond to all safety hazards, near misses and work-related incidents immediately
· Offer suggestions and support in efforts to improve safety
· Lead by example
· Actively participate in Pre-Job safety meetings, and other required Safety training
Job Tasks/Responsibilities
· Receive inbound materials and stack in appropriate piles
· Feed various dry materials into hoppers for operations
· Batch material to feed plant
· Inspect and perform nightly pm’s on equipment
· Maintain operational excellence
Working conditions
· Heavy industrial manufacturing environment that requires the use of personal protective equipment.
· Travel uneven working surfaces, climb stairs and ladders.
· Operating environment with temperature ranges from below 23 F to above 85 F
Physical Requirements
· Lifting objects up to 50lbs occasionally
· Operating Loader 90 percent of the night.
PPE Requirements
· Eye protection, Hearing protection, Hard hat, Steel toed boots
· Occasional use of a respirator
· Other PPE as required per task.
