Base pay range $21.00/hr - $28.00/hr Direct message the job poster from LTS - Video Solutions for Security Professionals We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to design and develop both print and digital marketing materials, while also creating clear, engaging copy to support our brand’s messaging. This hybrid role requires a motivated self-starter with strong graphic design skills and a passion for storytelling through words and visuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre- to post-production concepting, designing, and copywriting across a wide range of materials, including brochures, web content, social media assets, advertisements, and video content. This role demands a high level of creativity, organization, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, flyers, newsletters, and website content, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity. Write engaging and persuasive copy for various media formats, including marketing collateral, social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and product descriptions. Develop content that aligns with brand voice, target audience, and campaign goals while adhering to grammatical and stylistic accuracy. Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of marketing and technical content, including advertising copy, press releases, product collateral, catalogs, and internal communications across both digital and print formats. Produce and maintain accurate documentation and visual assets such as product overviews, technical specifications, quick guides, brochures, and diagrams to support product launches and ongoing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, research necessary information and materials, and develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and visual and written content across projects, while also being capable of creating solo projects. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand visual identity across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive and professional look. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality and creativity of design outputs. Manage the design process from concept to completion, including revisions and final approvals. Ensure smooth cooperation with outside printing/publishing agencies and all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards; liaise with external printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production of print materials. Creates and refines visual concepts by designing rough layouts for art and copy before obtaining feedback from project supervisors for final approval. Prepare final artwork using typesetting/printing equipment, and manage the production process, including material procurement and layout finalization. Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong graphic design, layout, analytical skills, and high attention to detail Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different formats and audiences Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail in both design and written content Solid understanding of tone, grammar, and structure for professional marketing copy Passionate about designing web pages, advertisements, and communication materials Understand the different media file types and the project requirements for print and screen display needs. Aware of copyright and fair use for content creation. Maintain and organize the media library in the company shared drive. Keep records of all the files and revisions. Computer proficiency including desktop publishing tools and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign; optional knowledge of Premier Pro and Affect Effects. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and be able to handle rejection Must be able to work on multiple projects and meet each assigned deadline Willing and able to work additional hours when necessary Bend, lift, open, and move product and related office items varying in weight up to 30lbs

EDUCATION

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Design or related field 3+ Years of Professional Experience in Graphic Design or related areas Experience in CCTV Video Surveillance industry is highly desired

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant design and/or copywriting work. This may include web designs, branding samples, ad copy, or content pieces. Portfolios should be included as a link or uploaded with the application. The interview process may include a practical test to assess relevant design and copywriting skills.
