Cross Training Compensation program available for Employees

2-2-3, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule - every other weekend

The position responsibilities include:
1. Correctly package finished goods, assemble cartons.
2. Maintaining neat appearance of packaging and skidded product.
3. Keeping supervisor advised of inventory on hand.
4. Maintaining good housekeeping in work area.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Goals, Success Factors:

1. Meet requirements of production line output (must be able to keep up with machine)
2. 0% errors in packaging finished goods.
3. Must be able to work overtime if needed.
