- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills on the phone and over email
- Highly adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and ability to problem solve

As a Support Specialist you will be responsible for taking initiatives to improve traveler success, demonstrating resourcefulness in solving complex issues, and showing adaptability in a dynamic environment.
