Recent Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy Experience including IV Sterile Compounding, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Anticoagulation Therapy Management, Antimicrobial stewardship as well as prior Cerner and Pyxis experience.
LICENSE REQUIRED: PA Pharmacist License
REQUIRED REGISTRIES: BLS
