Part Time, Day/Night Rotations (2x12s) with 2 on-call shifts in 4 weeks. No guaranteed return to work on three major holidays.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse applies knowledge of nursing theory, technical skills, and communication skills to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families. The ED RN assesses patient needs, identifies urgent or emergent care priorities, and collaboratively provides direct care, applying appropriate interventions, and evaluating patient progress. The RN utilizes various invasive and non-invasive procedures, treatments, and therapeutic interventions to manage life-threatening and routine emergency situations.
