\nWork Hours: 7PM - 7:30AM \n\n Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs \n\n\n \n\n\n\nICU RN - NOCS - Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital - **AUTO offer unit**\n\nContract length: 13 weeks
\nStart Date: 11/18 - Orientation date
\nGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
\nPrimary Location: Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
\nShift Requirements: 12 hour NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
\nFloat Requirements: Will need to be able to float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: None
\nRequired Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
\nMinimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience. At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
\nCharting Experience Required: recent Epic within 12 months
\nUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit
\nHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
\nScrub Colors: Any\n\nCovid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies \n\nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed\n\nFloat: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.\n\n\n
