Tile Installer - Custom Residential & Commercial Installation

Location: Bow, NH Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00-$30.00 / hour

We're seeking an experienced Tile Installer to join our client's installation team in Bow, NH. This is a hands-on role where your skill and craftsmanship directly impact customer satisfaction and project success. From surface prep to final grout, you'll be part of a crew that delivers high-end finishes and gets the job done right.

Whether you're installing ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone, you'll work with a company that respects your trade and provides consistent, rewarding work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives for tile installation
• Lay tile according to project specs-maintaining accuracy in alignment, spacing, and finish
• Grout, seal, and polish to create smooth, durable, visually striking results
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly project timelines
• Engage with clients on-site to confirm layout, materials, or design preferences

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of tile setting experience (2+ years strongly preferred)
• Comfort working with ceramic, porcelain, and stone tiles in a variety of patterns
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering precise, clean results
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to relocate to the Bow, NH area prior to start date

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 / hour, depending on experience
