About the Opportunity: Identify and screen candidates by utilizing the proper workflow while providing the highest level of service to both the job seeker and the client. Conduct cold calls to candidates and thoroughly vet for technical skills, personality fit, and cultural match. Understand the candidate's career aspirations, professional/personal goals, and how they match various client needs. Write bios on candidates prior to submitting them that highlight why the candidate is a fit for the client. Lead the candidate through the interview process as a trusted advisor rather than someone who is looking to complete a transaction. Document activity in our CRM/ATS system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You must be located in the Philadelphia Area. Being coachable and willing to learn are the most important traits for someone joining our organization. We can teach anyone to be successful who is willing and motivated to. Outgoing and friendly personality with a strong phone presence. A motivated, determined, and business‑orientated mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. The desire to work in a consultative environment with endless growth opportunities.
