About the role We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help own and scale Comulate’s technical recruiting efforts. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent while ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first touch to offer. As one of our earliest recruiting hires, you’ll shape how Comulate builds its engineering team and help define the culture as we grow. What you'll do Design, manage, and execute the end-to-end hiring process as a full-cycle recruiter, owning everything from top-of-funnel outreach to managing the candidate experience and extending offers Work collaboratively with hiring managers across the company to understand unique hiring needs, prioritize roles, build job requirements and establish interview loops Drive initial screenings independently and filter candidates on behalf of hiring managers Create a positive and memorable candidate experience that keeps talent in the pipeline engaged Build long-term, repeatable processes that will help scale our outbound recruiting efforts Independently improve and iterate on the recruiting process, including elevating our company story via a careers page and other channels Who you are 5+ years of experience in recruiting roles (startup experience is a plus) Experience with recruiting software engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles Proven ability to engage and close passive candidates, with examples of creative sourcing strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate aptly with candidates and hiring managers Passionate, curious, and energized by the prospect of building high-impact teams Experience establishing recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive improvements Self-motivated with a proven track record of thinking strategically and proactively Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and execute a plan Our team & philosophy We’re backed by BOND, Spark Capital, Neo, and Workday, as well as founders and executives from Brex, Asana, Plaid, Applied Intuition, Coalition, and more.
