VivoSense is seeking a Product Manager with an engineering background to build and scale innovative products in the Clinical Trial Management space. You’ll play a key role in expanding our wearable data analysis offerings, driving product growth, and guiding cross-functional teams (engineering, business, sales, and science) to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with leadership to define tactical and strategic product roadmaps aligned with company vision.
• Explore market needs, conduct client interviews, and use data-driven insights to fuel innovation.
• Translate strategy into product requirements, manage the backlog, and run agile ceremonies for multiple teams.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data management, and science teams to drive product deliverables that support clinical studies.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to deliver against OKRs and maximize client value.
Who You Are
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical trial technology.
• Strong knowledge of regulated Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 13485, 21CFR820).
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
• Inclusive and collaborative leader with experience guiding teams toward common goals.
• Skilled communicator and storyteller, able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with clinical and science teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Execution-focused: you deliver, iterate, and improve with confidence.
Nice to Haves
• Experience working in fast-paced, small-team environments.
• Familiarity with:
o AWS or other cloud platforms
o API-based products
o Clinical trials or trial management systems
o Data Science or Machine Learning Applications

Salary Range (DOE and Location): $130,000 - $165,000 USD
