Summer Camp Coordinator - Management Intern Are you passionate about sports and eager to gain hands-on experience in business administration? Soccer XS is seeking a Summer Camp Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our programs. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of sports management, administration, and business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About the Role: The Summer Camp Coordinator will work directly under the Operations Manager, assisting with administrative tasks, logistical planning, and the execution of Soccer XS programs. This position will focus on the organization, and management of our summer camps. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking real-world experience in sports management and business administration. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily business operations Manage camp logistics, registrations, and roster formation. Handle the set-up/break down of company signage, marketing materials and camp equipment. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry Visit and support ongoing programs to ensure operational needs are met Help prepare for upcoming events, camps, and clinics Contribute to the overall efficiency of Soccer XS programs by managing day-to-day logistics What You'll Gain: Practical administrative skills, including scheduling, report preparation, and stakeholder communication Experience in program management, from planning to execution Insight into business strategy and the operational side of sports management Leadership development through increased responsibility and hands-on tasks Exposure to the collaborative environment of a professional sports organization Internship Details: Duration: 8 weeks Hours: 15 hours per week (10 on-site, 5 remote) Focus: Camp Coordination, Administration, Management Summer Internship: June 30th, 2025 - August 23rd, 2025 Verified internship credits available (if applicable through your university) Who We're Looking For: Actively enrolled university students pursuing a degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passionate about sports and youth development Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (preferred) Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: Soccer XS is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
