Job Description

A client is seeking a Spanish Translator to join our dedicated team serving South Florida's diverse community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with hybrid flexibility - three days in-office and two days remote (if preferred). The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and, ideally, Creole as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate written documents, letters, and forms into Spanish
  • Provide live interpretation for client intakes and meetings
  • Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure language access and clarity
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Creole fluency is a plus , but not required
  • Prior experience in legal, medical, or community services translation is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in our Miami office; 2 days remote
  • Salary: Starting at $36,500 , with flexibility based on experience
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential (our last translator retired after many years!)
