Job Title: Senior Change Manager

Location: McGee Building, 20313 28th Avenue S, SeaTac, WA 98198

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and support people-centric change initiatives across large-scale organizational projects. You will play a pivotal role in enabling individuals and teams to transition successfully through change by applying proven methodologies and crafting effective engagement strategies. This position requires a skilled communicator and facilitator who can navigate complexity, ambiguity, and stakeholder dynamics with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change management work for large-scale initiatives, often involving organizational change.
  • Apply and adapt change management methodologies to deliver comprehensive plans, assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Facilitate change impact and readiness assessments, and convert insights into actionable change approaches.
  • Design and deliver engaging communication and learning materials in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Partner with project managers, sponsors, SMEs, and communication/learning specialists to deliver aligned solutions.
  • Provide direction to less experienced change professionals and manage a portfolio of change efforts when required.
  • Guide process documentation, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with process experts.
  • Track success metrics, create feedback loops, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with the outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, roadblocks, and support needed.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively, independently, and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Change Manager leading complex, full-scale change initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in organizational change management practices and frameworks.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communications planning, and resistance mitigation.
  • Strong process documentation and facilitation skills (including mid-level process work).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; familiarity with Smartsheet or willingness to learn.
  • Able to create professional-grade change documentation and internal materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments with high judgment and autonomy.
  • Experience working in hybrid teams including union-represented and non-union employees.
  • Comfortable operating both independently and in cross-functional teams.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule : 3 days onsite per week at the SeaTac office.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment involving diverse stakeholders and external vendors.
